I've been a little down/depressed/not motivated for the last couple of weeks. BUT--have turned my frown upside down and am ready to continue on my way. I really dread the weather from now until spring and am trying to be positive about the ways I can get outside and get some exercise. I'd love to take up snowshoeing. Don't really know how to go about this. Anyone have tips?
