Congrats on being in your flat for 9 years. It sounds like your flat is exactly what you want and need it to be. It's always nice to have a place to call home where one can feel comfortable and relax. emoticon

There are much better ways of celebrating than buying 'naughty' foods and drinks. You don't need alcohol to celebrate; actually you don't need alcohol for anything whatsoever. You could've put that money to much better use, like buying healthy foods or to buy some shelves you could've used to help with your organizing or even to have bought a nice picture to spruce up your home after it's all clean and organized.

Live and learn. In the future, be sure to ask yourself 'how does this purchase help me reach my goals?' It can be okay if it doesn't help as long as it doesn't hurt. But think about how much money you spent on all the items you're cleaning out of your home right now and what better use it could've had - do you still want to keep buying things without first being mindful about WHY you're buying it?

sometimes it is necessary to celebrate a single special day... You have been working hard in your flat and you have been settling in and making it your home. I hope all that food and lager made for a good celebration and you are able jump right back into your basic routine again.
Enjoy the decluttered space.

Yikes! That choice may take you off track from your healthy weight loss journey. Then again it might make you tolerate craving more later.

Well, yesterday I ate the naughty left overs from Thanksgiving, with my family emoticon and yes I ate naughty that day too.
