Learning about juicing and protein percentages of vegetables is my latest interesting "project"...

The quest for becoming fitter, stronger and healthier means I have just eaten kale in liquid form - never would have believed this a year ago...

Still writing in a journal and my body shape is still changing...

    Love mixing Kale with a sweeter fruit or cucumber in a smoothie; it takes away some of the bitterness. Kale does grow on you; I buy it every week now.
