I've made several posts about my new found love for the gym, particularly my S.L.E.D. program. Several people have asked what S.L.E.D. is. It stands for "Stronger, Leaner, Every Day" and it's a series of exercises that you complete. The weights and reps increase and of course, the workout becomes more challenging. I'm not sure if it's available anywhere other than Anytime Fitness but if it is, I would strongly encourage you to check it out. I've lost inches and gained strength. It's hard. It sometimes hurts. It will make your muscles scream. But you will see results. And you will find a strength, both inner and outer, that you never knew you possessed.
