Short Workout

Got up at 11:00 Thursday, spent the day with my family for Thanksgiving, went in to work at 10:00, got off at 6:30 this morning. Did my S.L.E.D. workout then hopped on the treadmill. I usually do 30 minutes on days I do S.L.E.D. I lasted 15 minutes today before I felt so tired I thought I was going to pass out right on the treadmill.

But hey, at least I worked out.

    Good for you! Anything is better than nothing. I too am curious what S.L.E.D. is?

    Something is always better than nothing. A couple or three ten minutes sessions is enough, especially when you don't have the time.

What exactly is S.L.E.D.? I'm always interested in things to do with treadmill workouts! :)
