Back on track

Glad of being back home. Today I had my Yoga class then swimming and a sauna session.
Then several short Walk and biking sessions to a total of 130 minutes. Glad with the results.

    Sounds like you did great!. I did Zumba and Yoga. Hurt myself at Yoga though. Le sigh.
