I had the family over for Thanksgiving, so when my kids napped I had to clean instead of working out like I usually do. So this week I have only worked out a few times. But I was pretty close to my calories on Thanksgiving (a little over), and I'm back on track exercising today. I didn't weigh on Monday like I usually do, so I weighed today and I was down a pound. So even thought I didn't get on the treadmill like usual the extra cleaning must have been helpful. My goal for now until the end of the month is to get my 8 glasses of water everyday, I'm doing terrible with that.
