The day after the night before!

emoticon my weight is up, but, hey,
what am I to expect when I left dinner feeling
the I was the turkey that had been stuffed!

I got a lot of walking in today, not speed walking
but I did walk leisurely and otherwise for about
2 hours total today, so that's better than sitting.

Hopefully back in full swing tomorrow with regular
walking and regular eating.

Today my eating was sporatic.

Enough already!

night all emoticon

I did what you did. Calorie hedonism yesterday, good walking today (though certainly not enough to negate the effects of yesterday's crazy eatfest), and still off track today with the eating. Maybe tomorrow we'll be back on the straight and narrow again! emoticon

my sister lost 105 pounds walking 15000 steps a day at age 63.

i lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60.

i use a salad plate as a dinner plate.

i use a childs for and spoon so i eat slower. it takes your brain 20 minutes to tell your stomach your full.
