PICTURES: P90x Round I/Phase I Results (30 Days)

These are the results from the first 4 weeks of P90x:

Age: 37
Height: 5'8"
Weight: - 6.6 lbs (192-185.4)
Neck: same
Chest (under breasts): - 0.75"
Upper Arm (L): - 0.25"
Waist (at smallest): - 0.75"
Waist (at bellybutton): - 1.00"
Hips: - 1.00"
Thigh (L): - 0.75"
Thigh (R): - 0.75"
Calf (L): - 0.50"

I call that a success! I will post the results of Round I/Phase II around December 10th.

Here are some pics. This is usually more than I'm comfortable posting, but since I searched the internet for hours on end for P90x before and afters, I guess it is my duty, no matter how much I dislike them.

    You look pretty good to me--flat tummy and all. I saw another woman's progressive pictures as she did P90X. She got really fit! Good luck with your workouts!
