Wednesday was a day of rest and preparing for Thanksgiving.
Thursday was Thanksgiving and the start of week 4. I did part of the workout but not the whole workout. There was just so much to do for Thanksgiving and I did not sleep well Wednesday night so I felt extra tired. However I did not want to not workout so I told myself to just do what I could and so I did the Short Cardio Sculpt workout.
Today I decided that I did not want to just skip the first day of week 4 so I did the whole routine of both the Short Cardio Sculpt and The Tone and Burn Workout. I will just finish the 28 day plan in 29 days instead of in 28 days.
I am glad that I did the whole workout. I also slept better last night and after during the workout this morning I am feeling better. Today I am cleaning our bathroom and catching up on laundry. So lots of stairs as our wash & dryer is downstairs.
Today on facebook I found a great page called Body Positive. They have a lot of great motivational photos and sayings.
One thing to keep myself motivated on my lap top I have a folder that I have down loaded some of these quotes as well as the quotes from Spark People and set it for my screen saver. So now when I am not using the computers these motivational quotes flash by reminding me to keep up with my healthy life style. While I have not completely done everything for "No -vember" have not completely cut out the soda I have definitely cut back and trying to eliminate it. I have done the others especially fighting procrastination.
