Giving Thanks

This blog is about being thankful for what I have accomplished in the BLC 20.

I am thankful for learning new ways to cook with spices. The recipes that are posted in our thread is helpful and teaches me to be adventurous with food.

I am thankful for being down 15 lbs this round. Every week that I WI and see the number down makes me realize how all the hard work is paying off.

I am thankful for trying new veggies. I have tried parsnips, purple potatoes, and peppers. Learning that my food tastes have changed.

I am thankful for the new exercises I learn through my team mates and the challenges.

I am thankful for loving the changes I see on a daily basis. The people that have said that I am in inspiration and ask for advice both in person and online.

    You should really be proud of yourself.... You turned your circumstances into something positive! Instead of giving up and feeling sorry for yourself... You fought your battles and made sure that along the way you took care of yourself!
You are such an inspiration to many women!
