This blog is about being thankful for what I have accomplished in the BLC 20.
I am thankful for learning new ways to cook with spices. The recipes that are posted in our thread is helpful and teaches me to be adventurous with food.
I am thankful for being down 15 lbs this round. Every week that I WI and see the number down makes me realize how all the hard work is paying off.
I am thankful for trying new veggies. I have tried parsnips, purple potatoes, and peppers. Learning that my food tastes have changed.
I am thankful for the new exercises I learn through my team mates and the challenges.
I am thankful for loving the changes I see on a daily basis. The people that have said that I am in inspiration and ask for advice both in person and online.
