Thanksgiving Weekend

Thanksgiving was great and I have much to be thankful for... but this year I think I am most thankful for my health. Even on my bad days, I am worlds ahead of where I was a year ago. I am a happier, healthier version of myself. I love that someone told me at work that I smile too much :D

As we near the end of the year, my two major goals are right in my face: to lose 100 pounds and be debt free... I'm not expecting to make either one as of today, but close. I am planning on hitting a 75 pound loss before the end of the year (hovering around 65 right now). As for debt, I will be abouut $500 off and might be able to pull that off. What I've realized over this past year is that there is no wrong in not hitting my goals at the time table I set.. I will get there and I will enjoy the path to get there as well. I have fallen several times over this year, slipped back into my old habits, but more importantly..I've pulled myself back into my new lifestyle. I've realized I am stronger than I've ever been and I'm loving it!! My new goals and ambitions are so different but I love that I am thinking and doing differently than I have before and it is okay to do so.

Anyways, focused on the next 30 days until Christmas, keeping in my budget, planning surprises for the kids, running regularly again, getting all my workouts in, watching my food, and enjoying every day!!!!!
