I'm Ba-ack!

Friday, November 23, 2012

By the end of November I will have been on SP for 6 months. I had been going strong up until a couple of weeks ago when I got sick with a sinus infection. Then came Thanksgiving, complete with a trip out of town. All that through me for a loop, got me off track, spoiled my momentum.

But that's past. I'm not going to give up just because I had a bad couple of weeks. I still deserve the healthy body that I'm aiming for. So, I'm back and I'm on fire!

One non-scale victory: on the return flight they asked me to sit in an exit row, but I had to take a middle seat. I always ask for a window or aisle seat so I don't squeeze those in the next seats so much. The good news: I took the middle seat and no one was squished!

We can do this!!

Hope the trip was good for you. Congrats on the middle seat!! Nice not to panic about how you're feeling about your size when you're with strangers.

I will keep this picture of the middle seat in mind. And the seats keep getting smaller so we'll be making progress if we just keep up! Congratulations and welcome back.

There will always be times when life intrudes unexpectedly in our healthy plan. Realistically, it's bouncing back right away and taking the
reins again that counts. Sounds like that's
what you are doing. I surmise that you com-

emoticon LOL @ the middle seat. I can't breathe in the middle seat. I know it's in my head but..I like the isle seat now. Had a panic attack once and couldn't get past the people next to me quick enough once with a window seat. I swear the air was being sucked out of me. Again...all in my head.
I don't enjoy flying but know it's fastest.
I'm so glad you made it home all safe and sound and that is a great airplane story...yeah for you...your doing so well.
