Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred: Level 1, Day 5

Yanno, 30 Day Shred is getting easier. Sure, still sweatin' buckets and panting like crazy, but it's getting easier. I don't know if I'm doing crunches quite right though...I think there might be too much neck involved. Anyway, halfway through Level One. Then I'm sure I'll be in for a major shock as I start Level Two in 5 more days. But I'm pushing through!

    I have done shred a few times and i enjoyed getting to day 5 or 6 in the middle of each level. it starts getting a bit easier.
