Today is a new day. We had a nice and relaxing holiday now it is time to get back to the grindstone. I am trying to think of new ways to keep myself accountable to the food tracker so that I stay on task with counting carbs and also how to remind myself to stay focused during this crazy time. I think I might actually post up signs with my current goal weight all over the house. Including one on the fridge and one over the stove. That way when I am cooking and baking I will limit the amount of tasting I do as that was a slight issue yesterday. I did weigh myself today but not properly so I am not entering it into the site. I was up 3lbs but I'm not fretting it.
Anyhow!! Goals for today:
Log at least 20 minutes of exercise today
Drink only tea and water (did well yesterday, only a small glass of wine and the rest water)
Eat at least 3 servings of freggies
Complete at least 1 report
