Pumpkin Pie Report Card

Okay, let's start with the positives and work our way down.
I started with day with a one pound loss and was thrilled. I DID do a lot of exercise. Pedalled on the exercise bike during the Macy's parade and then a longgggg walk later in the day. Did
great with portion control at main meal.
Cut the pie into small pieces and froze it, taking one small piece out for myself. Made it through the day and then toward evening...
This is always the attitude that sinks me. "Oh, I did so well and am in control of this. So, I'll have a bit more." When it comes to certain things, that just doesn't work. Sure, I could exert that pesky thing called willpower, but I didn't.
On the positive side, I didn't eat the entire pie. And it was a small one overall.
At this point, I will leave it to your imagination as to how much I ate. Let's just say I should be oink oinking today. But this is a once-a-year thing and have no temptations during Xmas season.
I give myself an A for good intentions. An F for outcome.
