Thanksgiving in Mexico was great. The turkey really was the best ever!!! So very moist. Here are a few photos....I had even gotten my Christmas tree up this year. It's a metal tree. I up up 3.5 pounds and that is from just eating one full plate of a little of everything. But during the 8 hours of company, I did have 3 beers. I must say that I really didn't enjoy eating all the rich foods. I felt very uncomfortable. I realized yesterday that I much prefer eating alone and really focusing on my foods and taking my time. But the company was fun and people seemed to have a wonderful time. But today I will not be eating any leftovers or junk as it is so important for me to get right back on track. I am in a fashion show on Friday next week. It's a charity event but I will want to be at my best. Great motivation to just say "no" to all the leftovers. We have way too much food in the fridge. But I will be strong and eat my normal healthy foods. No more sugars and salty stuff!!!!
I do hope all my sparks buddies had a great day.

AWESOME photos! What a handsome looking bunch of happy folks!! Very nice layout! Such a warm and cheery looking home! So beautifully decorated with loving care! You did an amazing job! Great tree! All that bustle and hustle and your fur babies are resting quietly :) I have to ask, what is that long couch or chair with the three what look like bunnies on it, and something with a cord attached? never seen anything like it! So glad you had a great time! Thanks for sharing your day with us Sallie!!
What beautiful pictures - love your animals :) A few days of light eating and lots of water should get rid of those pounds. So glad you expensive mexican turkey came out the best ever! It's fun to have a big traditional meal with friends and family. We were just the 2 of us and had a light meal - shrimp fajitas and dinner was our dessert. Great Christmas tree - I need to scout the new Home Depot for some decorations.
