Full Body Stretching Routine

Hey ya'll I'm kind of nervous about posting this because I've never done anything like it before and I'm not a professional so I don't want to mislead anyone. This video is intended to inspire people to stretch more often and to encourage new stretching moves. DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT A FITNESS/HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. I CANNOT PROVIDE SOUND FITNESS OR HEALTH ADVICE BEYOND MY OWN EXPERIENCE WITH WEIGHT LOSS/FITNESS. Hopefully that's covered. If you guys enjoy this, let me know!

P.S. My downward facing dog pose is terrible in this video... but in my defense I was trying to just get through the moves quickly! Form is important though. Here is a better example:
