Hey ya'll I'm kind of nervous about posting this because I've never done anything like it before and I'm not a professional so I don't want to mislead anyone. This video is intended to inspire people to stretch more often and to encourage new stretching moves. DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT A FITNESS/HEALTH PROFESSIONAL.
