Thanksgiving at our house was very nice. The food was delicious and the company even better! I have much to be grateful for and I never forget it.
Yesterday I indulged myself but I didn't go crazy. I still tracked my food even though I was over my calorie range. Today - I have already exercised and I have begun tracking my food. My goal is to get all of my water in and at least 6 servings of fruit and veggies. I will eat some leftovers, but in amounts that I can track and keep within my calorie and nutrient range.
Today is a great day!
