Its thanksgiving. Got up early and went to the gym with my son and ran/walked a 5k.
I cooked thanksgiving dinner and made wise choices. sliced the turkey in the kitchen, brought the plate to the table, limiting the quantity and made some mini bite sized pies....Got some refrigerator pie dough and a small sized biscuit cutter to cut circles for the crust. worked great. It was a wonderful alternative and those who wanted more could choose.
the small steps looked like leaps today.
