Thankfulness List & Success Plans

Today is Thanksgiving, and I start off the official holiday season probably having gained 5 pounds on the last month or two.
HMMMMM... just "got busy", and "didn't have time" to exercise as much as I should, or eat correctly!
(yes - those are lame *excuses*!!)
I just read a blog of mine from least year, when I was doing pretty well, apparently.
So, I hereby declare a RE-COMMITMENT to myself and my health - starting TODAY! I vow to keep my fitness and health front and center once again. I will get back to at LEAST 5 days a week of REAL workouts

and 64 oz of water/day

and eating the way I know is best for me!

To make sure I am staying on track, I will log in every day from now 'til Christmas, and state at least one thing I am THANKFUL for. It will be my season of Thankfulness and Fitness!

I need to go find a scale so I can weigh in today... because I think I am 5 lbs up (based on how I look and my clothes fit) but really don't know for sure.
Once weighed, I will set the tracker and monitor my progress weekly.

I know I can do this... and stating my commitment out loud for all to see is the first step toward my success!
