Happy Thanksgiving! Now, how to track? :o

I've been nibbling on food like crazy, instead of eating a normal lunch, we make different platters. Meats, cheese, crackers, vegetables and different dips. I'm vegetarian so I don't eat the meat ones, but I have been munching on the veggies with the dip and the cheese and crackers. Nothing was measured exact. :\
I also ate two homemade pumpkin cookies today, they are so good! I lovvve soft cookies! I'll send the bulk of them home with my brother or sister so I'm not tempted to devour the whole batch. :)
Should I just forget tracking today? Or make a guess for how much I've eaten? I didn't really think this through!
Oh and on the theme of Thanksgiving, I'll take a moment to list the things I'm thankful for. (I've seen people do this on a daily/weekly basis, but I never really did it myself)
I'm thankful that I have the basics; Food, shelter, clothing.
I'm thankful that other than being overweight, my health doesn't suffer too much.
I'm thankful for all my pets, I love them dearly!
I'm thankful for family, though often they irk me. (lol it almost seems like the descriptions for those two should be reversed)
and finally, I'm thankful for the internet and Sparkpeople, connecting me with others who understand what I'm going through!
I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and has lots to be thankful for, even if you don't celebrate! :)
