As I mentioned I was able to get through 2 circuits of 7 exercises. The exercises were challenging, but I used a lighter weight and was able to perform them in great form. These exercises are deceptive because although the exercises were not difficult, for the next couple of days I felt every bit of this workout!
... I had soreness in my quads, glutes, inner thighs and shoulders.
I love this KB workout because of the rest breaks, I am sure as I become more familiar with the KB I will move on to more challenging, endurance type workouts, with few or no rest breaks... one day!
I will be rotating KB workouts with conventional weight training, soon XTRAIN... how's that for muscle confusion
... I have been walking all week, today I will rest because I feel like I am coming down with a cold
... I hope that by tomorrow I will feel better so that I can resume exercising. I hate colds!
... haven't had one in quite awhile.
