"Up" 0.2 lb this week. I know that little "gains" like this aren't anything to worry about, especially because my calorie intake and exercise output have been pretty much the same. TOM coming, and starting 30 Day Shred may contribute, but I can't worry about it. There has only been one other time with a "gain" but the next week I lost close to 3 pounds. Patience, young grasshopper.
