i know t's time to re-evaluate things. things are diff now so to think i could do it all the same way as before is just crazy. i think i've adjusted well to all the things that have happened but i've also become comfortable. the things that drove me before no longer drive me now so it's time to come up with a new plan.

    I agree with True, you have had a lot of changes in the past month. You have a totally different schedule/routine now than what you did, the biggest is having to work again. It's alot to adjust to and you can't expect to adjust so fast. I know you are a strong person and you WILL get back to kicking butt. I just think you need to give yourself time, especially with the holiday season coming up. Don't beat yourself up, I know you were disappointed to see that number, I was sad for you too but brush it off and start a new week. I can't wait until I get a job and a car and can make plans to exercise with you. We will be rockin then! Love ya!

    emoticon I think it's just an adjustment that you're going through... you're whole life has changed and so has your routine. It just takes some getting used to. You'll get there and then you'll be on the downward trend again. You're a winner! emoticon
