1 Month Update

Woo Hoo!! I made it through one whole month of my lifetime journey!! It has been fun,hard, informative and well worth it!! I find myself constantly trying to find ways to maximize my calories, carbs, etc... and I'm learning so much in the process. I've actually been cooking more.....NO FAST FOOD if I can avoid it!! emoticon

My Stats:

Weight Loss: 10.8 lbs
Inches Loss: 5.7" (over entire body)
-1.9" from my waist
-1.5" from my thigh

When I saw my results I was so excited and it feels awesome that I did it!!! emoticon emoticon

Ready for next month...BRING IT ON!!! emoticon

    That's the spirit! It's a wonderful achievement that you have lost so much in the first month! Great job! And keep it up... it gets a little more diffiult, but it's all about the change in lifestyle.

    And not having fast food is the easiest way to lose! My father brought a bag of cheeseburgers home yesterday afternoon as a treat for everyone for lunch. I was so mad I could have screamed! I knew I wanted that cheeseburger, but really didn't. But I have been craving bread and carbs ever since!
