Thanksgiving Day!

Started my day with a 4 mile walk. Feel good. I won't be tracking my food today but I will be mindful of what I am eating. Have tailored many of my recipes with healthier ingredients. Plan to enjoy the day and then back on track tomorrow with a great workout and tracked eating.
