November is full of activities for our military, activities of Thanksgiving and preparing for varied religious holidays. It is a time of joy and stress. Let's remember to lighten ourselves with healthy choices for body, mind and spirit, so we may be a happier us. I pray you enjoy my daily giggles and/or thoughts for this month.
What can you never eat for Thanksgiving dinner
Breakfast or lunch.
Remember to share yourself cheerfully with someone today. Even if it is only a grin or "Hello." You will bring joy to another and the world around you. You will find that you cheer yourself also. Life is not a dress rehearsal. Please be thankful and make the most of it!
