Paleo Diet Day 10

Now I'm into double digits on the Paleo diet and I'm hitting my groove. Warded off holiday temptations to go with a great big salad with lots of good veggies and meats (bacon, chicken) as my main meal.

Lunch was crammed between a morning run and an afternoon at the skating rink, so I got half a pound of deli turkey breast. So I got my turkey fix for the holiday after all.

I am snacking on almonds, dates, and herbal tea as I write this. We'll watch a German movie soon, "Wings of Desire," so that my wife and I can keep up our German language skills and my daughter can absorb some of the language, at least get the sound into her head.

Tomorrow is the big holiday feast report. I look forward to hearing about how everyone's Thanksgiving went too. Enjoy your time with family and friends!

    Someone I use to work with just told me about this diet. I saw them while I was at the gym. I just may give it a try. It kind of remind me of Eating Clean. Happy Thanksgiving!
