I have another
infection. It showed up today after my morning workout on the other ear. I am applying MSM/colloidal silver topically. I am taking garlic capsules. I am hoping that it goes away or at least gets better by tomorrow. If not, I will have to take the dreaded
antibiotics. This sucks. Anyway, I did what my Mom said: I vacummed my room, took apart my bed, and what did I find? Bugs.
They don't match the ones in the pictures for 'bed bugs' but the doctor told me last time, that my infection was caused by a bug bite. Seriously???
This is what I get for having a cozy bed? Interlopers that don't look like James Bond? I have thrown out my old bed frame skirt. I have vacummed. I have sprinkled baking soda, vacummed again, and sprinkled more baking soda on all my carpet and my bed. I am washing everything in hot water with ammonia and soap. I vacummed every inch of my mattress.
I was so grateful that the health food store was open today.
I thought they might have been closed. But, they were open and had my MSM for sale. I bought the house brand (lets hear it for Elliott's Natural foods in Folsom, CA
The only thing about all this that is so frustrating: I was just getting better. I literally just did the first workout for two months. I did not do well on my last round of antibiotics. However, I didn't gain. I have learned a lot about how to deal with it. I take magnesium for stool softener (sorry but its a necessity), I keep calories low, I think that I will do yoga and meditate everyday. I may also go for walks. We haven't seen the mountain lion in a while, I am hoping that he has found a new home, rather than my back yard.
I will still stick with my weight loss plan, its just a different layout (I still hope that I won't need the antibiotics):
1200 calories day
4 meals, 300 calories each.
1 tbsp. coconut oil at each meal.
Probiotic between doses.
Kefir or yogurt everyday.
Walk 1 hour/everyday
Yoga every other day.
Healing meditation every day.
Drink green tea everyday.
