Well I LOVED it! One of the instructors when I was leaving academy in September told me to get this workout program.. only one day and I love it! It is just like what we did for PT every morning. I am curious to see what tomorrow's workout is! I will in just a little bit.
Today was just moderate intensity. It was just like day 1 of recruit academy all over again. Squats, quad presses (but this time it had different exercises no burpees or heck I forget the fourth one). There was 6 exercises. I just have to say love it. I hope this helps get me back in shape.
I'll try my best to blog everyday after my workouts. I need to do them either right after I get home from work or in the evening a few hours before bed or before I go to work. I don't know so hard. I got to work at between 2-3 am ... yeah tough call there huh!? Then I load FedEx Ground trucks for 4-5 hours ... hahaha. So I definitely get a workout at work.
I NEED to get to the gym to get a membership. I WILL do that this week. SO nervous. I have only ever had a membership once before, and my mom bought it when I was in high school. It's at a smaller gym at anytime fitness (24 hour gym). It's just close to home like a 5 minute drive instead of a 10-15 minute drive to 24 hour fitness. I need a place to go that has STUFF instead of just my dumbells that go up to only 15 lbs here at home and my doorway pullup/chinup bar.
But now I am just rambling. Anywho ....
as far as the 5000 challenge goes. I haven't been COUNTING, but I get between 200-400 squats a day with my job and loading trucks. Pushups sucked and situps have been little to NONE! So I LOSE that challenge! HA! So next month I am on for a re-start Sukoto!
