Just go anyway, even if you dont want to. and today i didnt want to. change my thoughts to: 10 min. I can do 10 min. micro victories. , just put on exercise clothes, just have nutrition shake, just get in car, just drive to gym, just commit to exercise for at least 10 min, how about make it 30 min. drink water, I did it.
eat breakfast. as a friend says.... give your tush a push and get moving. and treats should be euphoric, but non caloric
