Bought a pair of roller skates. Hope I don't look too silly. Roller blades are a little too wibbly-wobbly (as my kids would say) for me. I love roller skating, so I'll give it a try on the nice days here in place of a walk.
Trying decaf coffee because regular coffee makes me VERY hungry and shaky before the next meal. THought it tasted flat, so I mixed it half and half reg/decaf. It was okay, not thrilling, but I don't have that overwhelming low blood sugar feeling now.
Feeling better that I don't have that nagging feeling that I ought to be taking charge of my health/weight that is usually constantly there.
