I am back on the job today. Back to my regular routine, well not really. My mother is still in Barbados, she will be gone for 3 months. I am almost freaking out.
My mother usually takes care of the house, this includes cooking. When my mother cooks I can carry lunch to work the next day. She is not here so today no lunch to work :(. I get home late from work, so cooking in the night is a no, no. I exercise in the morning so that means I have to figure out a way to get in some cooking in the mornings, not to mention shopping for food on the weekend. I know I can make it work. Anyone who has any easy healthy recipe just send them to my inbox. Thank you in advance.
In addition to my mother not being there to cook, I am now in a house with all males. My father, my brother and my cousin, can you say bachelor pad!!! I came home yesterday and the house was filled with of processed foods and sweet stuff (white rice, corn flakes, bulla, white biscuit)*sigh. Oh!!!! The temptation.
The good thing now is that I can choose what I eat, since no one is going to cook for me. I can prepare my healthy meals. I WILL FIND THE TIME.
