Wednesday Goals

Weighin today was 249.7 down from 252 the day before. Yesterday was an okay day but I was afraid to eat for most of it. I didn't work much as I was pretty mopey for some reason. I know the cause of part of it but not sure why it was such a rough day. Today has to better. The scale did freak me out at first as it was saying I lost 10lbs in 1 day but I figured out that the little feet were dirty so once I cleaned those it gave me a more realistic number.

Today I need to work and bake.
