Plan for it!!! Big TIME! It's a great time to be thankful and to celebrate life and love ones. It's also a great time to slip up and pack on the pounds. I'm going to be very busy over the next 4 days and may not be around SP much but i'm going to put my plan in place today so I don't have any regrets or dificult decisions.
So be very careful. Plan TODAY!!! Prepare. Find your healthy favorites and keep them around in abundance to munch. Set aside time for you to be healthy and fit in your exercise. Plan, plan, plan.
I'm wishing all of you an amazing, healthy and happy Thanksgiving week with family and loved ones.
