Only had a small gain with my slacking off - so I feel better knowing that I slacked off but didn't put myself back as far as I feared I had.
Signed up for the walking track at my company's gym yesterday, will start bringing in a pair of sweats and t-shirt so I'm all set to go. Plan is to start Monday since this is a short week.
Went above my goal monday, but that was a tracking error. I forgot to log something, then looked back and said "okay, I can have that snack before bed." But it was less than 100 kcals.
Forgot my pedometer at home today, not back in that habit yet. But will get there.
Feeling optimistic that I can do this and get back on track.
