So, I'm more on track this week than in previous. I'm maintaining my weight (and it's come down a little since failing on my last streak), but if I really want to see progress, I need to be more reasonable with food. Trying to keep this in perspective. It's a stressful time right now for many reasons (TMI for SP), so I have to do the best I can for my health and well being, and focus more on that than the number on the scale.
On a 'fun' note, by writing this blog, I have racked up enough points to make it to level 8!
