Seems like all I've been reading about recently is what to eat and what not to eat for the big day tomorrow. Personally, I'm just going to enjoy the day with family. I can only eat so much before I'm full and I haven't gotten to the point of being so full I'm uncomfortable in a long time. I stop when I've had enough. I don't like pumpkin pie at all and that's what's for dessert so no worries there. I do like dark meat better than white meat so I will have some of that. We don't make the green bean casserole at our family gatherings and we just have veggies straight up. No sauces or fancy goos on them. Sweet potatoes with nothing added to them are on the menu (people can add their own stuff if they need to...I like mine plain). I think I'll be OK for one day. But just in case, I've added Coach Nichole's suggested Thanksgiving day workout to my favorites.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Try not to stress about the day. ENJOY! But be sensible.
