Yes, I'm afraid so. Bronchitis has reared its ugly head once again for its annual visit. It started with a scratchy throat on Saturday, then some wheezing on Sunday, (I have asthma), and then the coughing. I do have a nebulizer and am now doing 4 breathing tratments a day of albuterol. I have to pick up a prescription cough syrup tomorrow..something to thin this stuiff out, I hope. I have all these great plans..decorate the house the days after Thanksgiving, help at the church next week as we decorate for Advent / Christmas, and have to practice Tuesday for a program on Dec. 1. Maybe an extra practice on the night before Dec. 1. We'll see. Right now all I have to do is get well and I am taking care of myself to do that. Another week should make a difference as I've been through this many times usually in Sept or October. I thought it would miss me this year. It played a cruel joke on me by coming later. Please keep me in your prayers for a fast healing.

Max sends his love and meows.

You describe what used to be my holiday routine! I'm allergic to dust but sensitive to other things too, smoke, perfumes etc. Things that are everywhere during the holidays. Scented candles, molds that come in on live trees and greenery and worst for me was pulling out the decorations (dust) and burning the fireplace. Be your own detective and see if you can find your triggers. For me the congestion came first, then the infections; sinus infection, bronchitis, pneumonia. I do much better now getting on a decongestant at the first sign of trouble and avoiding what I can of known triggers. You know how to deal with it; I'm just sorry you have to at this busy time of year! Be well. Hugs.

Hugs, I know how rough it can be with bronchitis, especially now with the holidays upon us. I hope it goes fast so you can get back to normal.

So sorry to hear but you are on the right path to healing!! Take care of oneself and one can care for others (or do other things!) Rest well. Hope the coughing isn't to harsh.

Praying for you to have a speedy recovery from the bronchitis. Make sure you get plenty of rest. My daughter has been sick for over 2 weeks with it, but then she keeps working and doesn't take time to rest. emoticon emoticon emoticon
