I love meeting the little goals!
I have a post it note on my fridge where I've tracked my water the last week and I've hit the 8 - 10 cups a day pretty easily!
I've tracked my food every day. (I still need to work on the type of food, though)
And today, I finally made it back to 2 hours of cardio! I love it when I can manage 1-2 hours of cardio! This is my first week since we've moved into our new house that I met my fitness goals!
I'm so excited!
I have also refrained from all alcohol for the last week!
Tomorrow, we leave for Thanksgiving. I'm planning on trying to get my exercise in the morning. My plan for Thanksgiving is to hit the veggies before I even think about anything else! We have Thanksgivings on Thursday and Friday and a birthday party on Saturday. I'll have to see where I can fit in the exercise.
My main goal those few days is going to be to find an internet connection and log my food!!
