MY THANKSGIVING BREAKFAST: A&I Week 3 Easy Recipe

Disclaimer: This isn’t what I will be eating on Thanksgiving morning – but I couldn’t resist the picture. Doesn’t this look like a fun way to start the day?
Now to get back to the topic: favorite foods for Thanksgiving. Most recipes center around the big feast so just to be different I decided to focus on breakfast. This year I discovered a tasty, easy way to start the day. Here’s the recipe:
PUMPKIN GRANOLA YOGURT
1 serving 0 Fat Greek Yogurt (I use Fage brand)
1 Tbsp. Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter
1/3 Cup Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Granola
Mix together and eat immediately.
Protein = 26 grams and 270 calories
The granola and pumpkin butter are so popular that my Trader Joe’s store has a hard time keeping it in stock! (In case a Trader Joe isn’t available for you, maple syrup and your favorite granola is always good.)
Or you can always try out the cute turkey pancakes. : )
