I started this weight loss journey to lose weight but no I am focused on improving my physical skills. While I would like to look as I did in my 20ís it is more important to physically fit. I was having aches and pains which scared me. What was going on? Now that I am committed and doing the exercise, the aches and pains are no longer present. Being physically active will benefit my health, emotional and physical. What happened?
