Going it alone

The wifi on my laptop is dead. Dead dead very dead. Which means, I will be traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday with NO SP FOOD TRACKER. (Not to mention being off my regular exercise routine.)

I hope I have got the hang of this food monitoring well enough to do it on my own for a few days... I am resigned that it may not be possible to lose more weight this week but I would feel quite satisfied if I could maintain where I am without gaining anything back.

Happy Thanksgiving, try to stick with your plans as best you can, and I'll see y'all on the other side.

    The app Mupp1970 is talking about is free, and pretty easy to use. You can track food, exercise, and water, and I think it lets you imput your weight as well. It works well on my phone, and its a pre-paid smart phone (Boost)

    I use my smart phone app when I travel. I also try to plan out as much as I can in advance and bring along a few healthy snacks!

    If you have a "smart phone" you could get the Spark People tracker for it...but writing it all down to keep track will work too.

    Write it ALL down in a food journal if possible. Enter it once you're back if you want. But stay accountable since that's the point anyway!
