Day 283 (10/13) to 321 (11/20) of 2012... NEVER shopping @ Target online... or maybe ever @ the stor

Hello all Hope you all are doing well. I haven't been blogging because have been busy, but good! I hope everyone has a wonderful & Blessed Thanksgiving!!! God bless you all!

I'm sorry to make this a blog like this, but it was just SO bad I have to share, or should I say warn my friends and family!

DON”T SHOP ON-LINE WITH TARGET! Read on…
I went on line to check the date my shipment was suppose to be in (I didn't realize it was on my CONFIRMATION e-mail I got when I ordered it on 11/14)! My order wasn’t coming up, so I called TARGET... after talking for an hour with a nice lady named Brook we found out my order was never processed on 11/14! But I had the confirmation e-mail and a number?!! OH... and I have to let you know the day I ordered these two little items I had to call TARGET twice!!! Should of know then! The lady I talked to on 11/14 told me my order was processed… guess she lied!

Okay, so back to today... Brook fixes my order and all is good. I talk to a manager to let them know ever though Brook was very nice, this has been the order from *ell! The lady was SO NICE (using sarcasm here) to give me a woohoo $5 gift card... yeah! (again, sarcasm!). I hung up and was mad that what should of been delivered TODAY is now going to take a week or two to get here!

A couple of minutes go by and I happen to hear my e-mail ding that I got mail, took a quick glance and saw it was TARGET. I looked and saw it was a confirmation e-mail again for my, now, new order! I also noticed that it was more money?!!!? Guess who was back on the phone with STUPID TARGET for another hour?!!!

I guess even though I got it on sale on 11/14 and TARGET MESSED UP, I don't get the sale price now!!! I was *issed off! That was the whole reason I got it at Target and not Toys R Us or Wal-Mart! SINCE MY SISTER JUST HAD PROBLEMS WITH ORDERING ON LINE WITH TARGET, I WAS WEARY, but chose to still do it because they had the cheapest price! Stupid me!

NOW SINCE TARGET MESSED UP I HAVE TO PAY MORE & get a $5 gift card for my troubles! BUT wait... this new guy tells me I got the gift card because of the price difference. It's NOT a sorry for TARGET’S MESS UP! What?!!! Really?!!! again mad I continued to find out to make sure my original gift card I used on the 14th was still being used?!! I was told yes. Like I believe them all now?!!

RECAP… SO TARGET MESSED UP ON MY ORDER I PLACED ON 11/14. I JUST HAPPENED TO CHECK ON IT TODAY TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER PROCESSED THE ORDER EVEN THOUGH I GOT A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL & NUMBER! THEN THEY REODERED IT TODAY AND NOT ONLY WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HERE TODAY, BUT I HAVE TO PAY MORE! THEY LIED AND SAID THEY WERE SENDING ME A $5 GIFT CARD FOR MY TROUBLES, BUT THEY REALLY ARE SENDING IT BECAUSE OF THE COST DIFFERENCE?!!?? I WASTED OVER 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH 4 PEOPLE AND ALL I GOT WAS A “SORRY”. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TILL SATURDAY TO DOUBLE CHECK IF MY ORDER WAS REALLY PROCESSED… 3 PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME IT WAS, BUT DO YOU THINK I BELIEVE THEM?!! AND I HAVE OFFICIALLY DECIDED TO NOT EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! ON-LINE FOR SURE!!!

I’M POSTING THIS SO YOU ALL KNOW THAT NOT ONLY DID I HAVE THESE TROUBLES, BUT LAST MONTH MY SISTER DID TOO. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SHOP AT THIS PLACE AND TAKE THE CHANCE THAT YOU’LL GET YOUR STUFF? THAT YOU’LL GET THE SALE PRICE YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GETTING? THAT THEY REALLY WILL CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR TIME & TROUBLES YOU WENT THROUGH?!!? GOOD LUCK! FOR ME NOW, I REALLY WISHED I PAID FULL PRICE AT WAL-MART OR TOYS R US THEN TO DEAL WITH ALL I HAVE WITH THIS STUPID TARGET ORDER!

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU WALK INTO THAT STORE OR DEFINITELY BEFORE YOU SHOP ON LINE! WAL-MART HERE I CAME!

It’s sad because I use to love Target!

    BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I never really liked Target anyway but that makes it even worse. Grr! On them! I would have just canceled the order and told them to take a flying leap! Love you! HUGS!

    I really hate when companies act like we made their mistakes! Sorry this happened. I do not like shopping online with them and I am an online shopping queen! Sorry for all your troubles!
