Damn Pizza Ranch. I still figure I'm lightyears ahead of the old me with what I chose to eat but holy cow I ate a lot of calories in one sitting tonight. I didn't go over my daily allotment but I feel yucky and bloated and full of a whole lot of nothing. Lesson learned. I hope.
