Sighhhhhh it could have been worse.

Tuesday, November 20, 2012

My day started off great and I could feel it was going to be an awesome day. I get to my first destination. I am there for 1 hour. I come out and VWA-LA....My beautiful, shiny, jet black car keyed...from the front to the back emoticon.

I just kinda laughed and thought it could have been worse. Work itself was great and it was nice to be out and about doing what I do.

I hate that your car had been keyed. Mines was egged once, and I said to myself. A waste of good food. Teens did it to my car, but I rushed to a car wash and had my car washed and waxed hoping it didn't cause any problems to my clear coat. It's been a few years, and now the clear coat is cracking. I guess it's from age, but hey. I was pissed and I couldn't laugh that one off.

Just a quick update. After informing my employer about the incident I was informed that another employee who was there last week had something similar happen to her car. So we will not go back to that destination. Problem solved. This is why I love my job...

Ignorant people make me tired. emoticon You're right, at least it could've been worse. I personally don't sweat cosmetic damage to my car. As long as it gets me where I'm going, I'm good!

Sooo sorry to hear about your car! Sooooo glad to hear that you took it all in stride. Me, I probably would have thrown a full-blown fit first, and then, after I calmed down, I would have been able to put a positive spin on it! Good for you! emoticon

You have a very positive attitude about such a mean act perpetrated on you, a supposed stranger. Keep on sparking.
