Well, today, thankfully, I'm in my range at 1515. What was the difference? I decided to have a sizable before dinner snack rather than be very hungry at dinner. My pattern is to eat light for breakfast, lunch (when I"m not working, like right now), have a snack, and then have a big dinner, which for some reason, leads me to completely gorge out on sweets after dinner. I decided to eat a more substantial snack in order to avoid this gorge.
Secondly, I've decided to implement a consequence when I eat outside of my range. Lately, in the evenings, I've been in bed, watching sitcoms on the laptop to relax. If I eat outside my range, I won't allow that. Instead, I'll stay in the living room and read, without TV. Because I ate outside my range yesterday, I'm going to have a TV-less evening tonight.
Also, I went to a body blast class, which released lots of stress, so maybe I won't crave sweets. We'll see.
