Going to be staying at a friend's tonight; tomorrow we go on a road trip to pick up his son (it's a 14 hour round trip, so I'm helping keep company). His son joined the marines just after I left, so it'll be great to see him. As fun as the trip sounds, I hate being apart from the family for more than a few hours.

Trying to prep for the trip (and after). I'll be back home Thursday morning, just to rush to get things ready to go to my parents for Thanksgiving. lol....Getting everyone's outfits ready, making food plans, etc....Things have been so busy recently; and honestly, I kind of like it. It's been busy without being remarkably stressful.
