I've gotten things in order, modified my exercise, have all the ingredients for my contributions to Thanksgiving Dinner and know how I'll be dividing my plate into much more substantial servings of vegetables and less of the "other" side dishes. No worries. It is all good and I can have a bite or two of everything. So can you, as long as you keep it to a bite or two. Don't suffer or feel deprived, but don't over-do either.
